What brands of makeup do you use? And is it hypoallergenic?

The brands I use are MAC, Anastasia Beverly Hills, OFRA, Bobbi Brown, Estée Lauder, Kryolan, MUD and Morphe etc. My products have been selected to suit all skin types including those who experience sensitivity and allergies.

Do you offer services for large bridal parties?

I provide services for both small and large parties. For bigger bridal parties, I will bring an assistant with. The assistants I work with are also highly respected in the makeup industry and their makeup style is similar to that of mine.  

I really like simple & natural makeup, is that fine?

Yes! I believe that makeup should enhance one’s natural beauty and if you would prefer to keep it simple that is perfectly fine. Throughout the years, I have perfected both simple & full glam looks which allows me to service all clients no matter what their makeup tastes are.

For bridal, is there different makeup for the photos and the event?

No — my techniques are designed to cover both photo and “in person” looks. I have worked with many photographers and understand what certain lighting needs. Your makeup will look perfect in person as well as in the photographs.

Why are false eyelashes necessary and can I opt out of using it?

False eyelashes complete a full makeup look. It is the finishing touch that adds that extra glam and sparkle to any look whether it be natural or dramatic. False lashes are not necessary if you already have lash extensions.

How far in advance do i need to book?

My diary fills up fast and I take bookings up to 2 years in advance. To avoid disappointment, contact me as soon as you have decided on a wedding date.

What is the process to secure you for my wedding date?

To secure my services, I require 50% booking fee to be paid upon accepting the quotation. You will also need to sign my service contract. The balance is due 1 week before the event.

For bookings made within a week of the occasion, full payment is required upfront.

What do i need to prepare for you on the day of the event?

Please make sure to designate an area for me that has the best natural light, near a window. I always bring my high chairs for makeup, however for hairstyling I will need a lower chair to be available.

How do you organise the timings for the day?

I will send you a detailed schedule as to what service will take place at what time. It is very important that everyone is ready for me at the correct time. Any delays could result in the photographer’s time being shortened or the bride running late.

Are you comfortable with different ethnicities as well as mature skin?

I am well trained and work with all skin tones and all ages.

Do you travel?

I travel both nationally and internationally. Travel fees are calculated based on the location of the event.
